      Good Benefits; Tough Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      Good Benefits; Flexibility for some, although it was tightening up a bit when I left. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Job is different every day.

      Cons

      Management can be challenging due to the amount of red-tape in a large corporate company. Company went public, dynamic shift with revenue and pushing to meet very specific deadlines. Most employees worked well over 40 hours each week. Industry timing can create very difficult working conditions due to high stress and workload.

Fantastic team culture — collaborative, respectful, and always ready to support.

      None significant so far. Like any organization, there are areas to improve, but the openness to feedback makes it a positive experience.
