( Finally he will get hike😐) No matter how much skill and experience you have, you have to work like other unskilled people, eventually you’ll forget everything you learned in previous(good) companies. Finally to conclude after all of this, if you put resignation notice you have to keep on asking managers, HR and coordinate management to get relieved from here (it will take 5 months)

1. HR is not at all reliable (You will never get what you were offered at the time of joining). 2. Getting salary on 1st of every month/last day of the previous month is a joke here.(Regular salary delay occurs and sometimes they don't even show they courtesy to inform you on time). 3. The training sessions provided for freshers is just another joke here.(Here, you can acquire real knowledge(in programming field) through self learning only and incase if they provide some trainers, then its usually a waste of time (useless classes) for us). 4. The HR will never ever give a thing about employee well being. You are forced to work for more than 10 hrs a day, if you show some resist against this system, then your name will end up in their blacklist. 5. The only thing that the senior management is good at is 'giving fake promises' (about salary hike/ upcoming projects/current status of the organization) or 'misusing the name of its good parent organization(ULCCS)' for giving fake promises to all employees. 6. If you are a fresher, then you should be super lucky to get a chance to work in some domain that you are good at.(Incase you were assigned to work in testing and if you tell the HR about your skill in blockchain development, they will not give a thing about your situation, instead they may assign you to one more project in that same domain).
