Business outlook
Pros
Flexible working hours, lots of competent developers, good localization. Lots of oportunities to outstand. Management seems to have good willing on improving things - from processes to developers' lifes.
Cons
Management people are no leaders at all. They also seem to be totally lost on what they're doing. Things have changed in the last years, from an awesome workplace to a total regular one. Managers making choices based on personal impressions about people (but not on their professional history) seems to be just above the acceptable.
