      Exceptional recruitment and onboarding with great benefits

      Pros

      The recruitment process was exceptional, every effort was made by the recruitment team to allow me to provide a full and fair representation of my skills, knowledge and experience. Onboarding was incredibly efficient and a full induction programme has been provided including a comprehensive suite of training. For an organisation of this size and nature to provide such a comprehensive benefits package is both surprising and very welcome. Evidently, the organisation's values extend to it's recruitment and management of employees and each member of staff is supported to understand their contribution to the collective objectives.

      Pros

      UP has launched their new 10-year growth strategy - this is an exciting time to be part of the charity! UP is a really supportive and flexible organisation. The team are passionate and skilled - everyone cares about what they do and want the best for our children and families, and the team support each other. There are lots of great wellbeing and paid leave benefits, income protection and the medical cash plan are great perks, good staff socials in the year. Salary increases have been given each year and the pay is good for the charity sector. The CPD offered is specialist and good quality.

      Roles are busy and nature of the work is demanding at times - but rewarding!
