      The sales techniques were very agressive and they promised customers things that didn't even exist yet, just so that they could get the sale. They would make phone calls to to schools and wouldn't even full introduce themselves, just so that they could get through to the principal.

      Pros

      Great team with a clear sense of purpose across the team. Very highly regarded by many teachers and admins, with a strong focus on customer service.

      Cons

      Any cons are the same cons you would expect to see at any growing tech company - lots of hiring and new faces, the need to define new roles, adopt new tools, and do so without any disruption to existing customers.

      Incompetent HR

      Pros

      Product is pretty good. Some of the people are the best you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Executive team is horrible especially Human Resources. Many employees are having tax issues all do to HR. None of the staff was made aware she was applying for unemployment that we were not entitled to at the start of the pandemic. Those who paid it back like they were asked to now have a 1099 to claim it as income. What does HR do nothing. The CEO does nothing no one is standing up for the staff that didn't cause this mess. I hope I can take legal action against them if not I definitely will call Fox 5 and see if I can get some help. I can't sit on the phone calling DOL all day especially since I wasn't involved in this scam.

The first few weeks of the pandemic shutdown were confusing and disruptive, but we were trying to secure additional benefits for our staff from the state. Because of disruptions at the state employment office, many of our employees received compensation they were not due. The issues that you are referring to have been addressed individually with employees who have communicated directly with HR, regarding their specific situation. I encourage you to discuss the concerns with your manager or contact our HR department so we can work together and find a solution. These issues don’t impact all our employees and specific situations vary, so it’s best-addressed one-on-one, as we’ve encouraged in various communications. We look forward to continuing to work with you.
