I was hired through campus and following is my experience. 1. We were asked to go through training. There were no instructors. 2. The so called 'manager' was no where approachable as manager was on client site 3. It's just a staffing company who pays like a full-time - BIGGEST DISADVANTAGE 4. Pay peanuts and expect to work like top-notch consultants. 5. Extremely low on ethics. WHY? - READ BELOW - 6. They never filed for H1B but claimed it was filed and 'not selected' (This happened to all 15 of campus hires. Ask anyone and you would get the same answer) 7. Sales team and the management themselves create FAKE RESUMES and called it 'tweaking' 8. In my resume, without my knowledge, they had added multiple technologies which I never worked on just to get me selected. 9. CLIENTS BE AWARE - ALL FAKE CANDIDATES COMING YOUR WAY! 10. when I said, I am not sure of the above practice, I was asked to resign. It was a forceful resignation! All the candidates out there . Please be sure to NOT to go their way. I have already spoken to my university career center team. Hope none from my juniors get into such issues.

(*) in 2015 when they offered free Friday lunch (no more now) somebody was fired every Friday. we many employee got fired without explanation. at that time they fired almost 65&-75% of their staff within a period of 3 months. These days they fire average 2-3 person per month resulting in 20% fired annually. (*) careless recruiting manager often wrongfully hires a person and after a few months that candidate gets fired. (*) don't be a victim of their HIRE-FIRE-GAME (*) if you were hired so easily, you may face the truth that they will fire you within a few months. (*) In 2016 they acquired another company at an overall loss. as a results their net revenue went dwindling which triggered malpractices. Employee in india are working in night shifts and lower wages to outsource the American work for cheap labor.
