Pros

- Some big clients. - International colleagues.

Cons

- Very long working days (around 11 hours per day without any compensations) - They don't care about the well-being of their employees. - Disrespectful managers. - Abstract directions are given, you need to guess constantly what the main bosses want. - Superficially friendly people due to stress. - Good people stays less than 6 months and leave to another companies (3 people per month...) - Ego driven company.

Pros

Great coworkers. Some interesting projects.

Cons

The managers of this company are absolute psychopaths. Their management style is through verbal and emotional abuse. They treat their employees as enemies, force them to work 70 hour weeks minimum with zero additional compensation and have personal emotional breakdowns, shouting at employees randomly. There are a few good clients, but little repeat business because they do not listen to clients. High turn over and no consistency. No growth opportunities.

Pros

Great Location Great colleagues Some interesting projects

Cons

An ALARMINGLY unprofessional, emotionally abusive, and unsupportive senior management team that is led by a shockingly inappropriate, superficial, and inaccessible CEO. A incredibly toxic corporate culture that breeds mistrust and sabotage among working teams. The office is governed by an undercurrent of fear and manipulation that threatens any real collaboration and accountability that may exist. One quickly figures out that the chief objective lies in appealing to the whims of the childishly temperamental CEO, and all those within his "inner circle". With a work week averaging around 60 hrs, work / life balance becomes but a fleeting memory. This is NOT an office for those interested in maintaining relationships, or those with families.
