Pros

If you love graphic t-shirts and wanted to learn about the buisiness then this job will be perfect for you!

Cons

Production does take place in a warehouse which leads to increased temps in the summer, but they had countermeasures for that.

Pros

the opportunity to sit outside during your break

Cons

if narcissistic manipulation, sloppily masquerading as uwu quirky autism, isn't your cup of tea, you don't want to be here. I've worked in companies with hundreds of people, under bosses with colossal egos - working in the Athens office is a vicious social panopticon of individuals with no intention of holding themselves accountable for how favoritism has rotted the work culture to its core. If you don't fit in that culture (casually calling it out, not attending company events, not oversharing every aspect of your life for 8 hours, not indulging anyone's socially manipulative prodding while trying to focus on your work)- management will meter your professional hiccups and mistakes with the intention of scaring employees into line. Meanwhile, social capital goes a long way: employees with favor can abscond from scheduled responsibilities, leave their desk to socialize in other rooms, take 20-30 minute smoke breaks on top of their lunch breaks, and commit an array of work-related mistakes with no accountability. In my time under two Customer Service Managers, lack of professional culture was prevalent. Difficult to point fingers at anyone one individual. Pack it up and start the whole thing over (or don't).
