The HR team is responsive, supportive, and always willing to help when needed. One of the standout experiences was the interview process — it felt more like a friendly conversation than a stressful interview, which reflects the respectful and people-focused culture within the organization. Overall, a great place to grow professionally while feeling valued and trusted.

Cons

The company provides a cash benefit for employees to purchase their own medical insurance, which is helpful. However, it would be even better if a company-sponsored group medical insurance plan could be introduced in the future.

Flashy office space to work in Free lunch on a Wednesday

Cons

Management don’t want to take any time to actually train you, and will use you as a scapegoat. Not a lot of people actually use the office so it’s generally quite empty. Very stressful work environment and unless you know the right people you won’t go far
