Unity was a good place to work before merging with a management called bridge view. After that it went downhill very fast. There is zero communication about what is happening or to come with the office changes just pop up on a whim. Raises are a joke the lowest only getting .40 something cents after working your tail off. They push so many responsibilities on you that are out of the scope of your job description and don’t listen when you tell them it is too much. Very very poor management and work environment. The negativity from all employees is a lot but working under those conditions I would be negative as well. If for some reason you have to call out due to a sick child or other personal reasons they are extremely rude and not understanding at all. Have not had a manager for the clinical team in half a year due to her helping another location while we are struggling. Very much would find a new place to apply.

Very toxic management do not recommend this place do not leave your job very negative staff not a positive place to work at all I do not recommend it at all you will be micromanaged and in your first 90 days you will be constantly criticized the front desk manager is a very unhappy person who will make your life miserable I do not recommend working there
