      Co workers were wonderful and team work was favorable

      Poor Leadership. They were not accountable for being unorganized, The managers didn't speak respectfully to staff. They promised positive change but it never happened.

      Pros

      I get to be independent, but have a team behind me. I only have to work every 4th weekend and take call 1 x per month on average.

      Cons

      Like every company, there are policies I don't agree with. The wheels of change and improvement turn very slowly. We are not compensated based on performance at all.
