    Pros

Progression, ability to cut across a variety of interesting projects, people are great.

I worked at Universal Music Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Amazing people, quality culture and exciting work. Huge potential for future.

    Cons

Intensely political, somewhat backward-looking, reluctant to adopt modern practises. Perhaps understandable given they're not a tech company.

I worked at Universal Music Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent Colleagues, Fun Environment (when the puppet master doesn't get involved), Travel Opportunities (if you're liked by the puppet master) Developers and design colleagues are amazingly funny, understanding, intelligent and supportive individuals. Senior stakeholders in the business side are also generally great to work with. You might get to travel if you're well liked by the puppet master, and travel is super intense but also super fun. This could be the perfect place to work if you're lucky enough to not be directly managed by the puppet master because you can probably overlook most of the oddities of upper management, do a good job, get your recognition and go home to your loved ones at a decent time most days.

    Cons

    Management, Management, Management and Management
