Pros
An extremely flexible employer; they meet employees to the greatest extent they can, where the vast majority of employees are able to balance personal and professional demands. I worked around the company for a few years before becoming part of the staff and, in that time and the time I've been an employee, not a single person as voluntarily left -- people are happy.
Cons
Much of the work the company has is contract-based and, thus, by nature, not as secure as most people would want or are used to. Additionally, as an IT company with some other government contracts, the scope of opportunities is limited.
