Pros
The founder is a good leader, he leads by example, he tries to treat everyone fairly and always motivates and encourages the team. He quickly recognises effort in the team, and also calls out mistakes when he sees it.
The management team is quite senior for a young start up. There is open communication in the team. The business model is also very sound for a startup, it's high revenue generating.
The team is dedicated, united and passionate. There's a friday session every week where the managers take turn to stand in front of the team to update the company. Anyone can ask questions and we feel that we are respected in the team.
The company cares a lot for the students too. There's a focus on quality starting from the founder all the way down to student affairs officers. Everybody on the team strives to give the best education experience to the students.
Cons
If I have to nitpick, it can be quite stressful because the team moves very quickly. There are still many junior members in the team who cannot catch up with the speed.
