Pros

Fellow workmates, great people with a sense of humour (you need one to work here!) they make the company tolerable, and even fun! Young, dynamic and generally passionate about what they do, they really make all the difference.

Cons

Boy oh boy where to start. Senior management is....erm....lacking...in the London office. Since the London Lead left a few months ago there has been chaos, a lack of leadership and even more fumbling around in the dark than usual. The company has no values, no ethos, no interest in employee progression. This is a sales company, and the only interest is in squeezing as much as possible out of our clients. Money can be made if you work in sales or account management - good money in fact - but forget any other area of the business - if you're not bringing in the £££ then you're not important. Staff turnover is a clear indicator of this, as is low morale. No one is immune.....as the London office has witnessed with the various departures (voluntary and involuntary) over since the start of the year.

Pros

- The mobile sector is fascinating, highly relevant and fast paced.

Cons

- New starters are given little training and support. - Poor processes in place that will set you up for failure. - Bitterness throughout the company as hard work often goes unrewarded. - Management rarely take ownership and blame employees for the company's faults or mistakes at the management level. - The vast majority of staff are looking elsewhere and the turnover rate is huge.

Pros

There are no pros to working here. The technology is outdated and a positive company culture is non existent

Cons

There is no vision or long term plan. The tech has caught up with them and they are in defensive mode, desperately trying to retain clients who are looking to leave
