    Pros

PROS? IF YOU LIKE to SPEAK WITH A ROBOT THIS IS YOUR WEBSITE

    Cons

MOST PLATFORM WASTING TIME 1000000000% Hoped to earn some money but is an automatic system. You work with a ROBOT. IF they pay you 10$ is because you spend 3 month on there. THE WORST EVER PLATFORM IN THE ALL PLANET

"Great casual gig until recently - website issues now making it a waste of time"

    4.0
    Current Employee - Tester

I have been working at UserTesting part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fun! It's really great to review sites knowing that you can influence how they'll work for other people. Pay! It's really only casual money, $10 US per test, but most of them are less than 20 minutes, so the per hour pay is good.

    Cons

The website seems to be working poorly these days. I've changed browsers and tried everything I can on my end, but I am accepted for tests and then immediately rejected. It's becoming a waste of my time to keep the window open. It's a shame since I've really enjoyed doing the tests and I have a 5-star rating along with positive comments from the people reviewing my responses.

I have been working at UserTesting full-time

    Pros

    Product, product, product, product, learning.

    Cons

The company presents the numbers of Regrettable and Non-Regrettable employee turnover at All-hands meetings. What feels good about working for a company that places an emphasis on how little they regret the firings they have made? ... In a pandemic no less. Like most tech start ups, you will do especially well if you are a white male. Women are referred to during company sales team meetings in derogatory and mysogynistic ways (referring to our customers). Company focuses on "culture fit" meaning, if you look like and speak like the leadership team, you will fit. If you look different or have a unique perspective, you will struggle. Lots of mixed messaging around supporting Black Lives Matters, but don't talk about politics or your preferred candidate. BLM, unless you earn over $400,000...

I worked at UserTesting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Hot Market, decent product, great engineers

    Cons

Management is all related and totally and they will fire you if you do not agree with them or if you question their process. All sales, pro services sucks now as does their panel. 4 testers take 95% of their tests according to Usertesting engineers. Great upward movement if you are related to management.
