With employees from 20 Nationalities working across 9 Countries, there would be a high potential for the business to be fragmented, but a combination of great software tools, brilliant leadership and a fantastic team culture enables the business to thrive. A year or so back, Userlane decided to focus strongly on hiring for a great team-fit, rather than just on individual skills and it really shows through!

Cons

The Digital Adoption Platform market is still in it's early stages, so not many Enterprises know of the existence of the solution to their software adoption and engagement woes yet, but therein lies the market opportunity!
