      Pros

      Insanely talented team. Great learning opportunity. Lean but not mean - a forward thinking company culture with a huge focus on great product, user experience and customer service. Nice office in central Dublin. Fun offsites and international conferences, courses and trainings covered by the company. In general a great place to work - been there for almost 5 years now. Good salaries.

      Cons

      A very fast paced environment - sometimes a lot of changes in a short time. For people who like a dynamic setting and being adaptable.

      Pros

      Userpilot offers amazing growth opportunities and a friendly environment for driven people. The company is full of really smart and ambitious team members, and is very growth and performance-oriented. You will be able to undertake various initiative, draw outside the lines, and really prove yourself there. The company hires people from all countries and with different backgrounds, based on merit and potential rather than education and "big logos" on the CV. The progression path is based on merit and is very fast. Compensation is competitive.

      Cons

      It's a remote-first company, so some hiccups of every remote team: time differences within and between teams make it sometimes challenging to collaborate. But overall, the organization is really good.

      Good product but awful management

      - Good team mates - Salaries paid on time - Good product

      Cons

      - The workload is crazy, and no matter how much you do, management is never happy. - They act like they care about employees, doing satisfaction surveys twice a year, but they are never discussed (just a formality). If you raise a complaint, they’ll listen but basically tell you they’re right and you’re wrong. - Plans keep changing all the time. - Some of my old colleagues were let go without any notice.
