Pros
- Awesome projects and ongoing work - Deep team expertise across different areas of product dev - from product, to analytics and tracking, to user acquisition and lifecycle management of users makes it exciting to see products go live and thrive - Great culture and flexibility between office / remote work I've been here for 4+ years and these are the very reasons why, it's great to see your impact from the inception of the product idea/project and seeing it grow all the way - that's pretty rewarding.
Cons
Nothing really, only occasional resources crunch during some intense periods but the company is always hiring and there are systems in place for managing this, I guess it's natural.
