A company built on no knowledge and dubious backgrounds

None that will be good enough to over come the flaws

If black lives matter, in here, only china matter since almost 90% are all china people. Even find PR also is from China. Intern also China. Top management all china except 1. The list is too many to discuss. Extreme draconian ruling by one CEO who has no idea of what he is exactly attempting to build. Terminates personnel whom could benefit him just because he is unhappy at the sight of them. Totally childish and horrible management skills involved with this lousy china CEO. Zero empathy, empty promises and sudden withdrawal of benefits. Act rich but stingy to the core.

1. Whole management just talk nonsense without real capacity, without straight forward direction, staff respect them because of their titles instead of ability 2. Product drag for years and still changing direction 3. Stingy company, without attractive benefits, without pay increment and year end bonus at all, useless management dont even dare to propose and fight for employees 4. Big boss dont know what is appreciate, never expect he praise anyone or say something to encourage you. totally money only business man. 5. Speak Mandarin only, if you are English speaking, dont waste time apply job here, the reason why speak Mandarin only? cos you must liaise with China branch cos they can speak Chinese only.
