      - exciting projects - nice network and opportunities - working with great ppl, publishing in good journals, disseminating in top congresses.. - very PI-centered policies, but nice initiatives for PhDs and PostDocs start to appear

      Cons

      - limited possibilities for career growth (few levels and almost impossible to get promoted) - low salary (common in academia)
