GM will give you one on one training and will teach you anything you ask You have a voice regarding service-if you have an idea to improve service or make it more efficent, management will listen and enact change Great money-never overstaffed-no long hours You can work as much or as little as you want You can move up to any position-no ceiling
Cons
You sometimes get yelled at by the Chef, even though he calls out the wrong seat numbers
