Friendly staff and management. Lovely office with great facilities.
Cons
Awful pay.
Lack of direction. Reactive instead of proactive. Lack of training and no personal development opportunities. Confused approach to home working.
They have some good points such as being granted compassionate leave with no questions asked and tea and coffee. Also most the team leaders are approachable and friendly ( 1 or 2 are not)
Good starting job for anyone wanting to transition into an office environment but wouldn’t recommend long term
Cons
Pay is awful, constant micromanaging. So many changes and staff turnover it’s hard to keep up with what is happening. Very quick to be reprimanded when small mistakes are made but barely any praise given for good work. Get questioned about what I’m doing when I’ve been paused just 5 minutes when I’m simply popping to the bathroom or making a coffee. There’s loads more but too many to list. Manager is unapproachable.
