There's no room for being human. Low pay for the amount of demands. No flexibility. Everyone snitches on each other constantly and gets sent to the office if a supervisor even suspects anything when in reality you're just having tech issues (which you've repeatedly communicated already) or you're just having normal everyday conversations with coworkers/getting to know them and you're reprimanded within a minute after you walk away about how it was inappropriate when there was nothing wrong with the content of the conversation -there was nothing political, racial, sexual, etc mentioned in nature, just coworkers telling each other facts (not even stories) about themselves. Also, why were people uninvolved with the conversation running immediately to management snitching? This is an extremely toxic corporate environment where you will have to watch every mundane thing you do or say because you're going to be reported constantly even if you're busting your chops and have barely spoken to anyone outside of the calls you're accepting.

Executive/Upper management is not in touch with reality. They seem to be in their own little bubble. They seem more like politicians always around for photo op. Terrible/incompetent Directors and Managers are not held accountable for how poorly they treat their employees. The majority of the employees are unhappy in this organization. This is a non-profit organization that operates as a for-profit organization. Clearly patient and employees' wellbeing is not important for this organization. If you accept a position in this organization be prepare to be highly disappointed.
