Pros
I joined VODW Brussels just a few months ago and I am amazed at how much I have learnt. Every week, I am learning about new concepts, enhancing key skills, brainstorming about how we can make things better for our clients and for our team. I love this culture of continuous improvement. It's inspiring everyone to give the best of him-/herself, and the results are tremendous!! Strongly advice to everyone who likes challenges, and being part of a fast-paced and fast-growing company. Also good to highlight I am learning a lot since working directly with people with talented people with many years of experience. Lovin' it!
Cons
You need to be able to work with ambiguity (innovation projects) and to manage your time/to-do's well. Also be able to prfioritize. You will get a lot of autonomy and ownership from the start.
