- Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company. - Very healthy and co-operative work culture. - Flexible working hours. - Work and Fun go hand in hand. - No pressure for billability. No pros if you are already skilled try to get a better job. Don't waste your time here.

Cons

They are scamming freshers and clients alike. If you are a fresher don't even think about joining. Worst management, CEO and HR are over-smart tries to fool freshers so that they won't ask for increment. They have ruined careers of a lot of freshers and senior employees also.
