      very generous vacation freedom to learn and grow skill sets get to work with top people in the field feeling of team work and appreciation is great for a remote company retreats

      Pros

      - opportunity to make a high impact to company - really good client prospects given size - deep thought Wednesdays: no meetings, solely focusing on dev is nice - management is open and often support new ideas/approaches - good culture: team is always ready to help, tight-knit - competitive vacation & remote flexibility

      Cons

      - client/govt changes will semi-frequently require a fast reorienting of efforts - some legacy code/projects can stifle on-boarding: can be hard to get a sense of the core infrastructure - market is niche enough that subject matter has a learning curve (will take time if you are jumping into value based care for the first time) - high responsibility as the team is small (though I've found this to be rewarding)

      great team with co-workers who are always willing to help, freedom to take leadership of tasks and try new ideas out, strong since of team, even though we are all remote.

      sometimes meetings can run long

      Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the positive energy! We hate long meetings as much as you do. That’s why we’ve been working on replacing some meetings entirely by leveraging communication and handoff process improvements, reducing the number of people asked to be on any given meeting, and explicitly devoting each Wednesday to have zero meetings.
