Pros

Day to day task are fairly easy and co workers are pleasant. You are fed really good food at no cost depending on what shift you have. The money is good short term for the amount of work, but I feel it is unlivable.

Cons

Very stingy management, everything has a strict budget. Medically not a lot here in case of emergency. No chance of moving to a hire position as a Tech. Employee turnaround is high, new boss or nurse every week.

Pros

Few pros to list. They treat mental health like a business, so that it is profitable, which is an advantage to some people I suppose

Cons

Poor communication from the top down. Very poor training protocols and oversight and support. No belief that there should be any investment in the employee/supervisor relationship. Middling pay.
