Pros

Good Benefits, mileage reimbursement for mandatory travel from home clinic, and Office Hours

Cons

High turnover in management personnel. This leads to poor training practices. Management often not in building due to covering clinics because the management at other clinic was fired due to a standardized test. Meanwhile they call all the non provider staff Nurses to include Medical Assitants. 5 years 5 clinic managers. Excessive inter company position transfers frequently decreases productivity and increases training overhead. Expectation to travel throughout whichever Valley your Valley Wide job is in to any clinic as needed. Training in Alamosa. Communication between the Valleys.
