      Decent team depending on who

      Cons

      They play favorites and people have to walk on eggshells. When favorite people can leave early all the time call in quit then come back somethings wrong. No real recognition.

      Very nice coworkers Most mid-managers care about employees Flexible about staying home during COVID when job allows

      Cons

      CEO doesn’t know one persons name except the three executives he works with. Mind you, this is less than 200 people Low pay Poor culture No values in employees Poor benefits

      Pros

      May be an ok choice if employees live in Emmett depending on the position.

      Cons

      Many in large numbers for such a small place have left over last 2 years for better leadership and culture within the hospital and administration. Left for competitive systems that are willing to engage and support staff in clinical positions with far better salaries and opportunities for further advancement .
