It is a job. If you're junior, you can have a chance to get entry-level experience, which is great to build on.

The company does a good job defending themselves from negative but bare-bone true reviews.

Cons

Looks like positive reviews on here posted within three days from one another are from their marketing team. The negative reviews are spot on. One or two senior management should correct their attitude.

Pros

Before the layoffs this ompany had a great vibeand culture as previous reviews have said. Too bad it was all a lie. I used to be happy working here, but since the layoffs in January job stability is uncertain, and many employees have quit. Ill be joining them shortly.

Cons

Lying to employees, poor management skills, lack of direction, inexperienced management, financial mismanagement, blaming employees for management mistakes. The founders really messed this up and are in panic mode and continue to make poor decesions. This list goes on...

Job security is unbelievably shaky VarageSale moved a lot of its former staff to Ontario from other provinces only to fire them Founders squandered a golden opportunity Terrible direction Unstable work environment - Google Varagesale layoffs
