You get to eat candy.
Cons
This is one of those jobs that you dread going to every morning. It looks cool from the outside, but when you work there you get no benefits, no opportunity for advancement, no raises (aside from cost of living year over year), an insecure boss, and little to no management. It's a 2 year job. Any more and you're wasting your time.
