      Fun, flexible and highly driven network of people who genuinely care about client outcomes.

      Cons

      location is a tad far out in the eastern suburbs of Glen Waverley, a more central location would be nicer

      Pros

      Rarely does a company walk the talk. Vative does it in a big way. Leaders take the time to listen and take an interest in the personal and professional growth of employees. Company culture is discussed monthly, and leaders lead by example on a daily basis. As a result, everyone here gets along, we're clear on the company's goals and objectives, and strive to be of excellent service everyday.

      Cons

      Apart from some IT issues relating to remote working, we're aware of what needs more growth and are working towards it.

      Lots of government regulation around the accredited training to meet quality requirements. Sometimes not value adding.
