The management team has no idea what they are doing, and they are constantly making changes to projects without consulting with their employees. This has led to a lot of confusion and frustration among employees. The President is a liar. He has repeatedly lied to his employees about their salaries, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. He has also lied to customers about the company's products and services. This lying behavior has created a toxic work environment where employees do not trust their management or their President. Employees are constantly having to pick up the pieces after their managers make mistakes. They are also having to deal with the fallout from the President's lies. Do not apply here!
