I got the salary I negotiated with the management.
Cons
Collaboration with colleagues and managers from other departments was terrible due to their lack of cooperation and arrogance! They act like children fighting over menial things making the air around us hostile and toxic!

I appreciate colleagues trying to be nice and professional just to not make anything worse!
Cons
Employees in this company were like weeds that come out of nowhere ,then management CUTS THEM OFF just like that! Job security was terrible and employee turnover was awfully high! It's a horrible situation that the management still doesn't realize!
