The management was poor at their job. They had a rigid attitude and didn't want to learn or change their approach for the better. It was awful for employees who had to tackle many stressful situations and chaos to keep things organized. The work hours were long, brutal, and exhausting too.

Nothing really, in all my years working in the recruitment industry, I have never come across a company which treats their staff so well and everyone feels like they are being supported and valued for their efforts.

The eaters and drinkers will enjoy the boozy fridays and opportunities to stock up on the calories. Velrada pays much higher than average salaries because they find it hard to compete for staff.

Velrada is a dreadful place to work and most people are surprised it is still in business. Customers think it is a joke.

Work with a very talented team that is friendly and inclusive. The work is challenging and it’s a fast-paced environment so there’s never a dull day. The pay is great, above average for the industry and the benefits package is comprehensive. Overall it’s a positive place to work.

I really can't think of any other than some smart people in the company, and potentially good consulting work without any direction.

Top heavy, unethical and unprofessional work practices, blatant disrespect for junior to mid level staff. You will be treated as though you are desperate and second rate when it comes to any questions concerning pay increases. if you leave this company, you will likely have to get a reference elsewhere for your work while on the job.
