      Pros

      Good quality of projects within telecom, technology, media space. High degrees of responsibility given to employees.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, learning, intrusive management style which has led to high attrition. Employees not respected, lack of predictability also extends to salaries not being disbursed on time.
