      - ever changing, poorly communicated expectations - little to no accountability with leadership - Company goals and plan are not communicated - double standards all over the place. You and your colleagues will have completely different expectations even if you’re doing the same jobs. - promotional paths could not be less clear unless you want to be an SE - Toxic culture, everyone blames everyone. No one takes accountability. Partly due to unclear responsibilities and constant restructuring. -
