      Pros

      It can be difficult working in an environment where everyone is remote but I feel like part of the team. I've never been at a company where people respect each other so well. I'm used to some contention between QA and Developers but I've yet to see that.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't very competitive for a software company and pay raises have been minimal. For 2 years, they have done company wide fixed increases for salary. It is of course nice to have at least some increase but it doesn't allow high performers to be compensated appropriately.
