- Decent autonomy - The average worker is nice
Cons
- Currently getting swallowed by AI hype - Upper management is a mess. Will dance around questions that aren't about shareholder growth or AI - Staff is constantly shrinking, no matter how often you tell them you're understaffed - Wages and promotions constantly frozen for a large amount of employees - This has been a slow downward slope for at least 4 years, so don't get your hopes up.
