Pros

Salary on time and layoffs of hard working employees due to some toxic managers

Cons

There are many cons but the foremost are toxic people. There are many toxic people. The most toxic is "John Guillaume" expert technical analyst. He has provided many irrelevant information in client calls. He doesn't know technical aspects but still works here after so many escalations. He lies in client calls and ghosts other departments while saying "I am in a call". He has opened a small company from this company after stealing projects. What he does, he negotiate with clients about the same project and he steals the client from Veradigm instead paying to veradigm he receives that money and complete that work with the help of other contractors. He barely works in client calls. He has hired some other contractors to do his job and attend his call. I would say "Veradigm should remove if they do not want to loose their precious clients". This man is not good for business.

Pros

The pay was great and within your silo there is support

Cons

Customer success managers, try to take over PMO and PM roles, they pit against you , almost as if you dont work for same company . They are rude and because they have been there for years, its almost as if they have to haze you if you dont fall in line with how they like things

Pros

Amazing team! Some of the BEST people I have ever worked with! Remote work.

Cons

The job was A LOT. The amount of pay I was receiving did not match the amount of work you must do. I had no idea how heavily phone based the job was. High stress. Lots of training. Overwhelming amounts of information. Too many hats to fill. Strict work environment with very high expectations. Did not always feel “in the loop”. Sometimes had to ask what was expected of me or how to do certain things that an employee should not have to ask. My manager was not a good fit for me. The company got audited & de-listed off nasdaq. Which was not disclosed during the interview process. Could not risk learning and putting in SO much effort to a job that I may get let go of from. Too much uncertainty.

Pros

Recharge days that you get paid for and they do not count against your PTO. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Different managers have different rules. For example, if you have a doctor's appointment and are willing to make up the time, depending on your manager, you may have to use your PTO.

Pros

Salary was OK, remote roles

Cons

Will work you into the ground and then fire you if you can't work weekends, nights or holidays. Even when illegal. Cruel way to run your team. Nobody is saving lives making EHR products, this shouldn't require sacrificing your life. Managers just have horrible timeline management and refuse to take responsibility no matter the size of the problem. I saw multiple team members go from highly praised to removed when they tried to create a professional boundary. Don't believe the "nice" interviews. It's all fake. Please for the love of god, save your mental health. There are better jobs out there!!
