      Good job but bare minimum pay

      Pros

      Flexible hours, easy going management, no VPN.

      Cons

      No benefits. Only hires 1099 contract workers and with not enough pay for the work or to meet the cost of living. Job difficulty and hours demands full-time work, but you will need a second job to stay afloat with how little they pay. Turn over rate is high because of this.

      Management is terrible, they have no respect for personal time, there is absolutely no work-life balance.
