I was a transcriber for them. The pay is under a dollar per minute of video. One minute of video speech in the real world equals roughly to about 20-30 minutes of labor of putting it in writing depending the speed of the speaker, audibility, noise and so on. Not according to this company. So, after spending 3 hours of transcribing you getting about $9 of pay. Ridiculous.

İn my experience ; I spend my hours to complete the companies sample translation test.After you publish your translation the website shows you to evaluate which translation is good or bad in 1 to 5 points.I compared my translation with the original, It perfectly matched.When I saw that I was happy.Your translation is being shown for the community review.By community I mean translators that works on.They said I couldnt pass the test and for that they cant offer me a spot as an employee without any detailed explanation.What I mean is the people that evaluating your test are employees like you.So Job options are not enough.Because of that they dont want to share these options with you.
