Veritas is a great place to work. As a young company, each employee gets a chance to shine by creating processes that lead to great outcomes. The leadership team is trusting and gives leeway to get the job done.
Cons
Wearing many hats is a pro and a con. Roll your sleeves up and dive in.

Pros
Owners are transparent and reasonable to work with, always open to new ideas, flexible when needed. Company is agile within the rapidly changing environment and I appreciate that they are always on top of the latest changes, requirements, and always coming up with new ideas.
Cons
Can sometimes be a bit disorganized. But it's Covid, who isn't
