Not a good company to work for if you are a woman, poor leadership, no processes, low pay and they don't promote within - lots of office politics. If you are woman with ideas you will not succeed in this male-dominated company.

Very top heavy. Several layers of management. No money for the worker bees. People have had the same position for years. A recent reorg demoted several people who had the choice to take a lower position or leave. Management exudes used car salesman sliminess and are obsessed with business jargon and buzzwords. It is almost like a movie set of how they think a company should look like and feel like. Your education and experience do not seem to matter. Try to better yourself and they will hire from outside, so it is a waste of time. Once you are an account manager, which is what they call support, you will always be an account manager.
