Great culture - they are excited about the company/work and care about your growth and success. Work with a variety of clients on projects - big and small. Great work/life balance - good company values.
Cons
Could have more exposure in the market place, but great model.

Pros
Experienced and supportive operations team. Competitive benefit package for project consultants. Collaborative team environment with fun quarterly events. The connection with Slalom offers broad client base and diverse project experiences (great exposure for those interested in a consulting path).
Cons
Currently only in the Seattle market. Would love to see Versa expand elsewhere.
