Pros

Remote Working is actively encouraged, and in most instances is the only available option.

Cons

Inflexible attitude to working hours. Purely numbers driven business with employees reprimanded or docked pay irrespective of complexity of issues if not solved within their targets.

Company bought by versata - compulsory redundancy or transfer Screenshots take of screen, and pay docked if you have the same screen open for more than 10 mins, even if reading emails etc.
