some lovely people working there. decent pay and working patterns. free staff car park and subsidised canteen. always something new going on

Cons

no chance of getting on if your face dont fit !!! once you have had your card marked by certain managers your on your way out. bonuses will only be paid if your in the right cliche

Good colleagues. Wide geographic area covered across lots of business sectors

Cons

Salary was very poor. Rubbish benefits - nearly 20,000 miles in personal car a year and not eligible for a company car allowance... even though CSM's were paid an allowance to drive literally nowhere...

Great company to work for prior to 2007, now VC owned and a different culture

Cons

Now split in UK and sold to Capita and Serco - so no longer exists in UK apart from Head office accounting function
