Pros
Great medical and 401k benefits, very competitive pay, flexible hours, more vacation than most companies, an understanding boss, great employees, hard workers, family owned. The family and upper management really care for us as employees. They go out of their way to celebrate birthdays and other special events and will visit employees in the hospital if they are sick/hurt.
Cons
They are lacking women in the workplace, but that is understandable in this kind of industry. There is minimal room for large promotions, but that is the same with any small business environment.

Lots of training and help when you have questions. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Non-stressful environment.
Cons
Job security. Work load is based on winning bids for work from other companies.
