Instability and regular lay offs, poor work life balance, no room to advance if you are at a client, relatively low pay, senior management doesn't seem to know what they are doing and are not as nice as they appear

Working here will constantly put you to the test. You will see a pattern of disrespect and watch management make off-color remarks when discussing hiring and forcing people out- which is the only thing consistent with the company. People do not stay long at this company because there is no room for advancement. When they do leave, no one is hired to take their place instead work gets delegated to those they want it to. Next thing you know, you are doing 4 jobs. Overwork and underpaid.
